Hematinic formulas provide the nutrients needed for creating new red blood cells. Studies indicate that a hematinic formula using a combination of folate, vitamin B12, and iron is superior to a formula using any one of these nutrients alone. Each of these nutrients is dependent upon the other for proper red blood cell formation. Medicinal Ingredients: Each capsule contains:

Iron (Iron (II) Bisglycinate) 36 mg Vitamin C (Ascorbic Acid) 15 mg Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxil 5'-phosphate) 5 mg Folate ((6S)-5-Methyltetrahydrofolic acid, glucosamine salt) 400 mcg Vitamin B12 (methylcobalamin) 300 mcg

Non-medicinal ingredients: Hypromellose (derived from cellulose) capsule, Microcrystalline cellulose, L-Leucine, and Silicon dioxide.

Wheat, gluten, corn, yeast, soy, egg, dairy products, artificial colours, sweeteners, and flavours, lactose, palmitic acid, magnesium stearate, and stearic acid.

Adults: Take 1 capsule one to three times daily or as recommended by a health-care practitioner. Take with food. Take a few hours before or after taking other medications.

Caution: Keep out of reach of children. There is enough iron in this package to seriously harm a child. Some people may experience constipation, diarrhea, and/or vomiting.

Live this product no side effects like other iron supplements. The only thing is if your really low you need to take double for a while until your iron is to at least 60. But it really helps and no animal products!
