GI Fortify is a blend of high-impact fiber, herbs and nutrients, providing far-reaching support for gastrointestinal function and occasional constipation. By combining psyllium with Nutra-Flax high-lignan flax seed, glutamine, DGL Plus and triphala, this formula is designed to promote function, microflora balance, integrity, tone, comfort, cellular health and detoxification of the gastrointestinal tract.


This product is designed to promote larger and softer stools and healthy bowel movement frequency; support short chain fatty acid (SCFA) production, providing an energy source for the colon and maintaining healthy colon cell function; provide prebiotic support, promoting beneficial microflora such as lactobacillus and bifidobacteria; maintain healthy gut integrity; minimize the time of exposure of the gastrointestinal tract to toxins; and soothe the gastrointestinal tract by enhancing the gastric mucosa.

Medicinal Ingredients: 1 heaping scoop (8.9 g) contains:

Ascorbyl palmitate (Fat soluble vitamin C)

Psyllium husk powder (Plantago indica)

Flax seed powder (Linum usitatissimum)

L-glutamine (free-form)

Glycyrrhiza glabra L. (Deglycyrrhizinated licorice) (root)

Slippery elm (Ulmus fulva) (inner bark)

Non-medicinal ingredients: Stevia, ascorbyl palmitate.

Magnesium stearate, gluten, hydrogenated fat, artificial sweeteners and colours, and other unnecessary excipients. Hypoallergenic.

Adults: Take 1-3 times daily, 2 hours before or after taking other medications. Add 1 serving to 8-12 oz water. Shake, stir or blend briskly and drink immediately. Drink an additional 8-12 oz serving of water following. Daily water intake should be increased when consuming this product.

Cautions: Not to be taken by pregnant or lactating women. Do not use if you have abdominal pain, nausea, fever or vomiting or if you have a chronic gastrointestinal disorder. Do not use if you have difficulty swallowing. Do not use if you have diabetes mellitus in which blood sugar is difficult to regulate. Do not use if you are experiencing a sudden change in bowel habits that has persisted for more than 2 weeks, undiagnosed rectal bleeding, or failure to defaecate following the use of another laxative product.
