Sisu Gentle Iron capsules contain 25 mg of elemental iron from the bisglycinate form, which is better absorbed and easier on the stomach than other forms of iron. This form is less likely to cause stomach upset or constipation, which can occur with iron supplementation. It is recommended to take this product with vitamin C or Sisu's Ester-C for improved absorption; it can also be taken with a B complex or multivitamin containing B12 and folic acid for additional support for red blood cell manufacture.
Gentle Iron comes in easy to swallow, vegetarian capsules, is NPN approved and is tested to guarantee purity and potency. This product is suitable for vegans.
