Medicinal Ingredients: Each capsule contains:

N-Acetyl-L-Carnitine HCL 200 mg Globe Artichoke (leaf, cynara cardunculus) 10:1 extract equivalent to 666.6mg of dried leaf 66.66 mg Ginger (rhizome, zingiber officinale) 10:1 extract equivalent to 616.6mg of dried rhizome 61.66 mg L-5-HTP (seed, griffonia simplicifolia) 20 mg Ginger (rhizome, zingiber officinale) 17:1 extract equivalent to 226.6mg of dried rhizome 13.33 mg Vitamin B6 (pyridoxal-5-phosphate) 5 mg Zinc (Albion zinc bis-glycinate chelate)* 5 mg

Non-medicinal ingredients: Citric acid, crosscarmellose sodium, dicalcium phosphate, hypromellose, magnesium stearate, maltodextrin, microcrystalline cellulose, silicon dioxide.

Vegan. GMO, gluten, soy and dairy free.

Adults: Take 1 capsule, 3 times per day with food. Take a few hours before or after taking other medications or natural health products

Cautions:

Do not use if • you have scleroderma • you have a bile duct obstruction.

These may include, but are not limited to • L-tryptophan • Sadenosylmethionine (SAMe) • St. John's wort • antidepressants • pain killers • over the counter cough and cold medication containing dextromethorphan • anti-nausea medication • anti-migraine medication.

Stop use and consult a healthcare professional if • you show signs of weakness • you develop oral ulcers • you have abdominal pain accompanied by severe muscle pain • you experience skin changes.

Avoid taking with alcohol or products that cause drowsiness. Some people may experience drowsiness. Exercise caution if operating heavy machinery, driving a motor vehicle or involved in activities requiring mental alertness.

May cause digestive problems and some people may experience diarrhea, abdominal pain, nausea, and vomiting. Hypersensitivity/allergy may occur; in which case, discontinue use.
