Medicinal Ingredients per capsule:

Ginger 4:1 Extract (Zingiber officinale) (rhizome)

(equivalent to 1000mg dried herb)

Ginger Powder (Zingiber officinale) (rhizome)

200 mg

Non-medicinal ingredients: Vegetarian capsule (carbohydrate gum [cellulose], purified water).

Contains no artificial colours, preservatives, or sweeteners; no dairy, starch, sugar, wheat, gluten, yeast, soy, egg, fish, shellfish, animal products, salt, tree nuts, or GMOs.

Adults: For preventing nausea: 1 capsule daily, 30 minutes prior to travel, or as directed by a health care practitioner. For relieving digestive upset: 1-2 capsules daily or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.
