HMF Antibiotic Care helps to supplement the normal intestinal microbiota following antibiotic therapy. The results of the Cambridge Probiotic/Antibiotic Trial demonstrate that strains included in this probiotic formula improved intestinal microflora response to the negative effects of antibiotic therapy, including preventing overgrowth of coliforms, enterococci and Staphylococcus aureus bacteria, preserving Lactobacillus bacteria populations, and reducing the level of antibiotic-resistant bacteria.

Recommended Dosage for Adults and Children (6 years and older): Take 1 capsule daily with a meal, at least 2-3 hours before or after taking antibiotics, or as recommended by your healthcare practitioner.
Risk Information: Do not use if you have an immune-compromised condition. Consult your healthcare practitioner prior to use if you have fever, vomiting, bloody diarrhea or severe abdominal pain. Consult your health care practitioner if symptoms persist or worsen. Stop use and consult your healthcare practitioner if symptoms of digestive upset occur, worsen, or persist beyond 3 days.
