Hops is traditionally used as a sedative and to relieve tension. It is useful for symptoms of restlessness, insomnia, anxiety, and other sleep disorders, tension, excitability, attention deficit-hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), nervousness, and irritability.

Medicinal Ingredients: per 1 ml:

Hops ripe strobile (Humulus lupulus)*

QCE (1:4)

250 mg

*Certified Organically grown

Non-medicinal ingredients: Grain alcohol, distilled water.

Adults: Take 0.8-1.5 ml (20-45 drops) 45 minutes before sleep in a little water on an empty stomach

Caution: Do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Consult a health care practitioner before use: if you are taking barbiturates, sedative drugs, and/or other herbs with sedative properties; if you have depression and/or related diseases.

Great Relaxant

I use this for Pain, but it is a Relaxant also. It can aid in Hormone Imbalances also. Some evidence it aids in Digestion, under the Bitters Category.

The Tincture form seems to be fast acting vs capsules. But be prepared! This one is horrible tasting!
