Inositol is myo-inositol, a B-vitamin like compound that is used for the formation of phosphatidylinositol, an important cellular component. Inositol is also a precursor for an important compound involved in signal transduction in the brain. 

Medicinal Ingredients: Each heaping tablespoon contains:

Myo-Inositol 9.0 g

Wheat, gluten, nuts, peanuts, sesame seeds, sulphites, mustard, dairy, soy, eggs, fish, shellfish or any animal byproduct.

Adults: Directions: Take 1 heaping tablespoon twice daily with food, or as directed by a qualified health care practitioner.

Cautions: For adult use only. Consult a health care practitioner for use beyond duration of 3 weeks. May cause side effects such as nausea, tiredness, headaches and dizziness. Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
