Iron Complex

Integrative Therapeutics Iron Complex provides 50 mg of iron per serving in a heme and non-heme iron blend to support energy and stamina, produce red blood cells and treat pernicious anemia.
Iron Complex features liquid liver fractions, a rich source of heme iron. Heme iron is the most easily absorbed form of iron, and doesn't cause side effects such as nausea. Iron Complex also includes non-heme iron as well as vitamin C, known to increase absorption and promote healthy red blood cell formation, and vitamin B12 and folic acid to help boost energy levels.

Medicinal Ingredients: each softgel capsule contains:

Non-medicinal ingredients: soybean oil, gelatin, vegetable glycerin, water, yellow beeswax, chlorophyllin, and soy lecithin.

Adults: Take 1 softgel daily with food. Take a few hours before or after taking other medications.

Caution: Keep out of reach of children. Accidental overdose of iron-containing products is a leading cause of fatal poisoning in children younger than 6 years. If accidental overdose occurs, call a doctor or poison centre immediately. Some people experience constipation, diarrhea and/or vomiting.
