Iron SAP

Medicinal Ingredients: Each non-GMO vegetable capsule contains:

Iron (from iron bisglycinate) 30 mg Vitamin B1 (thiamine hydrochloride) 5 mg Vitamin B6 (pyridoxal-5'-phosphate) 5 mg Vitamin B1 (thiamine hydrochloride) 5 mg Vitamin B12 (methylcobalamin) 400 mcg l-Methylfolate (from calcium l-5-methyltetrahydrofolate) 500 mcg Copper (from cupric citrate) 1 mg Riboflavin (riboflavin-5'-phosphate sodium) 5 mg Vitamin B3 (inositol hexanicotinate, flush-free) 5 mg

Non-medicinal Ingredients: Succinic acid (100 mg), l-glycine (100 mg), vegetable magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide, microcrystalline cellulose, and dicalcium phosphate in a non-GMO vegetable capsule composed of vegetable carbohydrate gum and purified water.

1 capsule provides 30 mg of elemental iron.

Preservatives, artificial flavour or colour, sugar, dairy, starch, wheat, gluten, yeast, citrus, soy, or eggs. Third-party testing is performed on the finished product to ensure Iron SAP is free of heavy metals, volatile organics, and other impurities.

Adolescents 9 years or older and adults: Take 1 capsule daily with food or as directed by your health-care practitioner. If you are taking other medications, take this product a few hours before or after them.

Caution: Keep out of reach of children. This package contains enough drug to seriously harm a child. Iron supplementation has been associated with gastrointestinal (GI) side effects including constipation, bloating, and nausea. Iron bisglycine chelate has been shown to elicit fewer side effects compared to other inorganic iron supplements.
