Ages 1 to 3 – Take 1 tablet per day or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.Ages 4 to 8 – Take 1 to 2 tablets per day or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.Ages 9 to 18 – Take 1 to 2 tablets, 3 times per day or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.

My 5 year old loves these

I bought these for my 5 year old to hopefully help with sleep and overall daily mood and functions of the body. I fell they are helping when we are consistent about taking them in the morning and evening.
