L-Carnitine is a derivative of the amino acid lysine that is found naturally in the body. Use AOR L-Carnitine as an antioxidant for the maintenance of good health. Furthermore, research has shown that L-Carnitine helps to enhance recovery and reduce muscle tissue damage and oxidative stress resulting from exercise stress, when combined with a healthy post-exercise regimen. L-Carnitine from AOR also can improve athletic performance and assist with those who suffer from chronic fatigue.

Medicinal Ingredients: Each capsule contains:

L-Carnitine (Tartrate) 500 mg

Non-medicinal ingredients: Sodium stearyl fumarate. Capsule: Hypromellose.

Wheat, gluten, corn, nuts, peanuts, sesame seeds, sulphites, mustard, dairy, soy, eggs, fish, shellfish or any animal byproduct.

Adults: Take 2 capsules twice daily with food, 2-4 hours before exercise, or as directed by a qualified health care practitioner.

Helps with weight loss

I have been using L-Carnitine for close to a year now and have noticed the positive results of dispensing this product. Based on the year, the weight loss was approximately 20 pounds. Definitely feeling better! Would recommend this product in improving your health.
