Medicinal Ingredients per capsule:
Lactase (aspergillus oryzae) (whole) | 250 mg (9000 FCC ALU) |
Non-medicinal ingredients:
Microcrystalline cellulose, gelatin capsule (gelatin, purified water), vegetable grade magnesium stearate (lubricant).
Adults:
1–2 capsules just before consuming any food containing lactose or as directed by a health care practitioner.
Lactase Enzyme must be taken each time you consume a lactose-containing food, as the enzyme will only work on the food just consumed.
Lactase Enzyme has no lasting effect beyond the meal with which it is taken.
Depending on the amount of lactose in the food you eat, or for severe lactose intolerance, you may need to adjust the dosage to 2 capsules, but no more than 2.

Consult a health care practitioner if symptoms persist or worsen. Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you have diabetes. Headaches, heartburn, bloating and hypersensitivity (e.g., allergy) have been known to occur, in which case discontinue use. Keep out of the reach of children.
