Mega Mag 200 is a fully chelated, high-absorption supplement designed for both men and women to promote muscle relaxation, bone health, heart health, and nerve health. Magnesium is available in different forms, but not all of them are absorbable!

Magnesium is a vital mineral needed for over 300 enzymatic processes in the body. Magnesium Glycinate boasts superior absorption and gastrointestinal tolerance compared to other forms of Magnesium supplements. The main difference between Mega Mag and Mega Mag 200 in that Mega Mag 200 has an increased dose of 200 mg of Magnesium Glycinate per capsule. If you take 400mg or more of magnesium a day then Mega Mag 200 is for you! Please note the capsules are slightly larger than the Mega Mag capsules.

Medicinal Ingredients

Each vegetarian capsule contains:

  • Magnesium Glycinate (as elemental) - 200 mg

Non-Medicinal Ingredients:vegetable magnesium stearate and silicon dioxide in a capsule composed of vegetable carbohydrate gum and purified water.

Free of sesame seeds and derivatives, dairy products and derivatives, egg products and derivatives, wheat and wheat derivatives, soya and soya derivatives, corn and corn derivatives, rice and rice derivatives, fish, gluten, fruit and fruit derivatives, crustaceans, mollusks, artificial flavorings, colors or sweeteners, azo and coal tar dyes, fragrance, sugar (sucrose), sugar alcohol, starch, alcohol, beef and derivatives, pork and derivatives, lamb and derivatives, gelatin, bee products, other animal derivatives, glutamates, benzoates, sulphites, metabisulphites, BHA/BHT, yeast and yeast derivates. Non GMO. Vegan.

Adults: Take orally one capsule 1 to 2 times per day, or as directed by a health practitioner.
