Mega Mag 200 is a fully chelated, high-absorption supplement designed for both men and women to promote muscle relaxation, bone health, heart health, and nerve health. Magnesium is available in different forms, but not all of them are absorbable!

Magnesium is a vital mineral needed for over 300 enzymatic processes in the body. Magnesium Glycinate boasts superior absorption and gastrointestinal tolerance compared to other forms of Magnesium supplements. It is gentle on the stomach, helps the body relax, and provides dietary support through two daily Magnesium capsules. Considering that more than half of the U.S. population does not consume sufficient Magnesium in their diets, supplements like NutriChem's Mega Mag to help supplement the required Magnesium intake for your body.

The main difference between Mega Mag and Mega Mag 200 in that Mega Mag 200 has an increased dose of 200 mg of Magnesium Glycinate per capsule. If you take 400mg or more of magnesium a day then Mega Mag 200 is for you! Please note the capsules are slightly larger than the Mega Mag capsules.

Medicinal Ingredients

Each vegetarian capsule contains:

  • Magnesium Glycinate (as elemental) - 200 mg

Non-Medicinal Ingredients:vegetable magnesium stearate and silicon dioxide in a capsule composed of vegetable carbohydrate gum and purified water.

Free of sesame seeds and derivatives, dairy products and derivatives, egg products and derivatives, wheat and wheat derivatives, soya and soya derivatives, corn and corn derivatives, rice and rice derivatives, fish, gluten, fruit and fruit derivatives, crustaceans, mollusks, artificial flavorings, colors or sweeteners, azo and coal tar dyes, fragrance, sugar (sucrose), sugar alcohol, starch, alcohol, beef and derivatives, pork and derivatives, lamb and derivatives, gelatin, bee products, other animal derivatives, glutamates, benzoates, sulphites, metabisulphites, BHA/BHT, yeast and yeast derivates. Non GMO. Vegan.

Adults: Take orally one capsule 1 to 2 times per day, or as directed by a health practitioner.


Cautions and Warnings: Adult use only. For therapeutic use only. Known adverse reactions: Some people may experience gastrointestinal disturbances such as diarrhea.

Leg Cramp Eraser and Better Sleep!

I suffered from leg cramps when sleeping, in addition to irregular sleep. Had been advised to try magnesium supplements by my chiropractor and massage therapist. Well it works! Although there is a caution on the container that some people could experience gastrointestinal disturbances, I did not.

I have recommended this product to other friends with similar issues and they have been pleased with the results. Thanks Nutrichem!
