Non-medicinal ingredients: Encapsulated in a vegetarian capsule: vegetable cellulose and water. Other ingredients: microcrystalline cellulose and magnesium stearate.

Artificial preservatives, colour or sweeteners, dairy, gluten, soy, shellfish, corn, wheat and yeast. Vegan-friendly.

Adults: 2 capsules at breakfast and 2 at bedtime or as directed by a health care practitioner. Menopause symptoms usually subside in one year. If symptoms persist consult a health care practitioner for use beyond one year.

Hot flashes suck!

When googling how to deal with hot flahses naturally, this product came up often. Then googling where to buy locally, Nutrochem came up. Since beginning to use them, my hot flashes have reduced from over 20 per day, to less than 8, 4 seems to be an average per day now, what a change! It is making life more comfortable and i feel better knowing it is all natural.
