MSM is primarily used to reduce the symptoms of knee pain and reduced physical function in osteoarthritis due to its anti-inflammatory and connective tissue supporting activities. It may also help reduce muscle pain and cramps due to its ability to reduce lactic acid production. MSM is also useful for ameliorating the symptoms of seasonal allergic rhinitis and other types of allergies. Ultimately, MSM is valuable to those who suffer from any type of inflammation or inflammatory joint disorders such as osteoarthritis, or for those with allergies.

Medicinal Ingredients: Each vegetable capsule contains:

Methylsulfonylmethane (MSM)

1000 mg

Non-medicinal ingredients: sodium stearyl fumarate. Capsule: hypromellose.

Wheat, gluten, corn, nuts, peanuts, sesame seeds, sulphites, mustard, soy, dairy, eggs, fish, shellfish and any animal byproduct. Vegan and non-GMO.

AOR guarantees that no ingredients not listed on the label have been added to the product.

Adults: Take 1 capsule three times a day with food, or as directed by a qualified health care practitioner. Use for a minimum of 4 weeks to see beneficial effects.

Caution: Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if pregnant or breastfeeding, or if symptoms worsen. Mild gastrointestinal bloating, constipation or indigestion may occur. Avoid taking at bedtime.

Store tightly sealed in a cool, dry place.

Note: Product appearance, odour and taste may vary from lot to lot due to the use of natural ingredients. In keeping with high standards, no masking agents have been used to alter the product's characteristics.
