Medicinal Ingredients - Each capsule contains:

Biotin

Non-medicinal ingredients: Gelatin (BSE free, Bovine source, Halal certified), magnesium stearate (vegetable source).

Gluten, dairy products, fish/shellfish, nuts, soya, eggs, wheat, and yeast.

Adults: Take 1 capsule daily with a meal.
