Naka's Nutri Biotin provides 5000 mcg of biotin per capsule to help the body metabolize fats, carbohydrates and proteins, and to benefit the health of hair, skin and nails.

Medicinal Ingredients - Each capsule contains:

Biotin

5000 mcg

Non-medicinal ingredients: Gelatin (BSE free, Bovine source, Halal certified), magnesium stearate (vegetable source).

Gluten, dairy products, fish/shellfish, nuts, soya, eggs, wheat, and yeast.

Adults: Take 1 capsule daily with a meal.

Caution: Do not use if you have a kidney disorder. Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
