SISU Only One (with iron) is a convenient, one-a-day dose multivitamin and mineral supplement.
To function at an optimal level, our bodies need a wide range of nutrients. Modern lifestyles, stress and pollution deplete nutrients, and most diets, which are rich in refined and processed foods, do not provide us with adequate amounts of these nutrients. This multivitamin provides: a full complex B vitamins; a high dose of vitamin D3 to support bone and muscle strength; Ester-C vitamin C; and trace minerals in their chelate form for rapid absorption.

Non-medicinal ingredients: microcrystalline cellulose, croscarmellose sodium, silicon dioxide, stearic acid (vegetable), magnesium stearate (vegetable), dicalcium phosphate, hypromellose and glycerin (capsule).
Adults: Take 1 tablet daily with food or as directed by a health care practitioner. For adult use only. Take a few hours before or after taking other medications.
Caution: Consult your health care practitioner prior to use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Keep out of reach of children. There is enough drug (iron) in this package to seriously harm a child.
