Potassium is an important electrolyte mineral needed for a healthy heart and nervous system. Natural Factors Potassium provides 99 mg of elemental potassium in the citrate form for enhanced digestion and absorption. In the body, potassium and sodium work together to regulate fluid balance, heart rhythm, proper function of muscles and nervous system. Some studies show potassium may be helpful in lowering blood pressure. Kidney disorders, diarrhea, tobacco, caffeine and others increase the requirement for potassium in the body.

EACH CAPSULE CONTAINS: Elemental Potassium (Citrate) 99 mg. Non-medicinal ingredients: Microcrystalline cellulose, Dicalcium phosphate, Croscarmellose sodium, Vegetable grade magnesium stearate (lubricant).

Love This Product

Potassium Citrate can be hard to find so I am glad Nutrichem keeps it in stock. I take the product regularly at night to help with leg cramps.
