Magnesium in aspartate, citrate, citrate/malate, gluconate and glycinate forms are highly bioavailable magnesium chelates, supporting the metabolism and utilization of many essential nutrients. Additionally, magnesium plays an important role in the proper functioning of numerous enzymatic and physiological functions, including neuromuscular contractions, cardiac function, and regulation of the acid-alkaline balance in the body.


Magnesium is essential in the metabolism of macronutrients, and the utilization of calcium, phosphorus, sodium, potassium, B-complex vitamins, and vitamins C and E. It helps promote healthy bone metabolism and provides broad-spectrum cardiovascular support, including arterial function and lipid metabolism. Magnesium also plays a crucial role in muscle function, mood, and cranial vessel comfort.

Medicinal Ingredients: each capsule contains:

Magnesium (Magnesium citrate)

150 mg

Non-medicinal ingredients: Ascorbyl palmitate, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, purified water.

Wheat, gluten, nuts, egg, preservatives, magnesium stearate, hydrogenated oils, coatings, binders, shellacs, artificial flavours, sweeteners and colours, fragrances and excipients. Hypoallergenic.

Adults: Take 1-3 capsules daily, or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.

Caution: Some people may experience diarrhoea at doses greater than two capsules per day. Magnesium should be taken separately from bisphosphonate medications. Caution should be taken with concurrent use of potassium-sparing diuretics. It may also be contraindicated with certain antibiotics. Consult your physician for more information. Store sealed in a cool, dry area.
