Dosage: Adults 1 tablespoon 3 times daily, children 12 years: 1 teaspon 3 times daily or as directed by a health care practitioner. Shake well before use. - Consult a health care practitioner if symptoms persist or worsen. Contra-Indications - Do not use if hypersensitive to cinnamon, quinine or peru-balsam. - Do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding as this product contains Panax Ginseng. - Notice for diabetics: 1 tablespoon = 15 ml = 0.36 carbohydrate units, 1 teaspoon = 5 ml = 0.12 carbohydrate units.
