Ingredients: 10 g contains:

Non-medicinal ingredients: sodium chloride solution.

Adults: 1 pump in each nostril 3-5 times daily;
Children (6-12 years): 1 pump in each nostril 3-4 times daily;
Infants (1-5 years): 1 pump in each nostril 2-3 times daily;
Babies (0-12 months): 1 pump in each nostril 1-2times daily; or as directed by a health care practitioner.
