Red Yeast Rice (RYR) is a natural product that has been used by Asian traditional herbalists for centuries. It is produced by fermenting Red Yeast (Monascus purpureus) with rice. Red Omega is carefully produced to avoid the presence of citrinin, an unwanted by-product of RYR fermentation process. This product is further enhanced with the addition of CoQ10 and Omega-3 Fish Oil to support healthy cardiovascular function.
Medicinal Ingredients: Each softgel contains:
Coenzyme Q10 30 mg Red Yeast Rice
From: Whole Monascus purpureus and Oryza sativa Seed
300 mg Fish Oil
From: Whole Ammodytidae, Clupeidae (anchovies, sardines)
Providing:
1000 mg EPA (Eicosapentaenoic Acid) 192 mg DHA (Docosapentaenoic Acid) 123 mg
Non-medicinal ingredients: Softgel Capsule (gelatin, glycerin, water, carob), Yellow Beeswax, Soy Lecithin, d-alpha tocopherol. Contains fish and soy derivatives.
Adults: Take 2 softgels twice daily with food.
Caution: Consult a health care practitioner for use beyond 24 weeks. Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you are taking blood pressure medication, blood thinners, statin drugs, cyclosporine or if you have received an organ transplant. Discontinue use of the product and consult a health care practitioner if you experience muscle pain, tenderness and/or weakness.
