Vegan, gluten-free, GMO-free

Adults: take 1 scoop 1 to 2 times per day, 2-4 hours prior to exercise. Start with a loading phase of 2 scoops per day for a minimum of 4 weeks and follow with a maintenance phase (1 scoop/day). Mix 1 scoop of product in 200 mL of water immediately before consumption. Consult a health care practitioner for use beyond 12 weeks
