SLEEPsmart: Relieves nervousness; promotes deep, restful sleep; helps to reduce stress; stops night time waking; helps increase sleep time; helps to reset the body's sleep-wake cycle; and helps to reduce the time it takes to fall asleep.


Medicinal Ingredients -Each capsule contains:

Valerian (Valeriana officinalis L.) (Root) Extract
(0.8% valerenic acid) 		200 mg

Hops (Humulus lupulus) (Strobile) Extract
(4:1 from 200 mg hops) 		50 mg

Passionflower (Passiflora incarnata) (Herb top) Extract
(10:1 from 500 mg passionflower) 		50 mg

Chamomile (Matricaria chamomilla) (Flower) Extract
(4:1 from 200 mg chamomile) 		50 mg

Melatonin (Pineal gland, porcine) 		3 mg


Non-medicinal ingredients: vegetarian capsule (vegetable cellulose and water), magnesium stearate, microcrystalline cellulose.


Adults: Take one capsule before bed or as directed by a health care practitioner.


Caution: Do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Do not use with sedatives or immunosuppressive drugs. Do not drive or operate heavy machinery for 5 hours after taking this product. Do not use if allergic to plants of the Asteraceae/Compositae/Daisy family. Consult a healthcare practitioner if sleeplessness persists continuously for more than 3 weeks (chronic insomnia), or if symptoms worsen.
