Medicinal Ingredients per capsule:

Vitamin C (Ascorbate blend) 500 mg Citrus Bioflavonoids 150 mg Sea Buckthorn (pulp extract - raw equivalent to 500 mg) 4:1 125 mg Rutin (quercetin-3-rutinosides) 25 mg Zinc (zinc citrate) 0.625 mg

Non-medicinal ingredients: Vegetable-grade magnesium stearate, vegetable capsule.

Dairy, Gluten, Soy, GMOs. Vegan.

Adults: Take 2 capsules per day with food, a few hours before or after taking other medications or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.
