Medicinal Ingredients per capsule:

Vitamin C (Ascorbate blend) 500 mg Citrus Bioflavonoids 150 mg Sea Buckthorn (pulp extract - raw equivalent to 500 mg) 4:1 125 mg Rutin (quercetin-3-rutinosides) 25 mg Zinc (zinc citrate) 0.625 mg

Non-medicinal ingredients: Vegetable-grade magnesium stearate, vegetable capsule.

Dairy, Gluten, Soy, GMOs. Vegan.

Adults: Take 2 capsules per day with food, a few hours before or after taking other medications or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.

Caution: Caution advised when used concurrently with any prescription medication including blood thinners and any other medications or natural health products that could increase the risk of spontaneous bleeding. Contraindicated in pregnant and breastfeeding women.
