A mix of all eight forms of vitamin E and coenzyme Q10, Total E by AOR can help reduce the risk of heart failure, inflammation, fight oxidants, and detoxify harmful free radicals. While most supplements focus too heavily on alpha-tocopherols, what makes Total E an especially helpful formulation is the mixture of tocopherols and tocotrienols. When the balance of these two forms -tocopherols and tocotienols -is thrown off, it can sometimes negate the impact of other E molecules, and in some cases entirely erase their benefits. What Total E does, however, is find a balance that provides you with all the benefit of each form of vitamin E.
