Fish oil rich in omega-3 fatty acids eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) lowers heart disease risk by reducing blood triglycerides, platelet aggregation, and irregular heart beating, and by improving arterial wall tone. Other health benefits of omega-3 fatty acids include reduction of inflammation.


Medicinal Ingredients: Each softgel contains:

 

Fish oil

 1414 mg

Providing:

Eicosapentaenoic acid [EPA;20:5(n-3)]

 660 mg

Docosahexaenoic acid [DHA; 22:6 (n-3)]

 330 mg

Vitamin E (d-alpha-tocepherol)(5 IU)

 3.35 mg AT

From wild deep-sea fish oil: sardine (sardine pilchardus) and/or anchovy (engraulis encrasicolus; whole).


Non-medicinal ingredients: Softgel made from gelatin, glycerin, and purified water.

 


Adults: Take 1 soft gel twice daily or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.


Caution: Do not take if under 12 years of age.
