Natural Factors Vitamin B12 is in the cyanocobalamin form which is the most studied and most stable form of vitamin B12. It is free of artificial preservatives, colours, and sweeteners.

Medicinal Ingredients: Each capsule contains:

Vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin) 1000mcg

Non-medicinal ingredients: Microcrystalline cellulose, stearic acid, croscarmellose sodium, vegetable grade magnesium stearate (lubricant).

Contains no artificial colours, preservatives, or sweeteners; no dairy, starch, sugar, wheat, gluten, yeast, soy, corn, egg, fish, shellfish, animal products, salt, tree nuts, or GMOs. Suitable for vegetarians/vegans.

Adults: 1 tablet daily or as directed by a health care practitioner.

Caution: Vitamin B12 supplementation can mask a folate deficiency. Consult a health care practitioner if you are uncertain whether or not you are taking adequate folate. Keep out of reach of children.
