Vitamin D3 enhances calcium absorption and retention, a key nutritional role in supporting healthy bones, and may play a potential role in cardiovascular, colon and cellular health. Vitamin D levels have been shown to decline with age, due primarily to a reduction in either absorption or metabolism by the liver. Decreased exposure to sunlight, a vegetarian diet, or a low intake of vitamin D fortified foods also play a role in inadequate vitamin D levels.

Medicinal Ingredients: each 1 drop (0.03 ml) contains:

Vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol)

1000 IU (25 mcg)

Non-medicinal ingredients: Mygliol 812 (medium chain triglycerides).

Coatings, binders, shellacs, artificial flavours, artificial colours, artificial sweeteners, fragrances, excipients, magnesium stearate, wheat, gluten, nuts, egg, preservatives, hydrogenated oils. Hypoallergenic.

Adults: Take 1 drop (0.03 ml) daily with food, or as directed by a health care practitioner.

It is difficult to control the dosage with this style of bottle. I would have preferred that it has a syringe dropper for more precise delivery.
