Vitex

Vitex (or Chaste tree) is a traditional woman's dietary supplement. Vitex is widely used to promote overall health and balance in a woman's cycle, as well as to relieve the symptoms of premenstrual syndrome.

Medicinal Ingredients - Each capsule contains:

Non-medicinal ingredients: gelatin (capsule), magnesium stearate, silica.

Adults: Take 1 capsule 2 times per day with water at mealtimes. Use for a minimum of 3 months to see beneficial effects.

Caution: Do not take if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Consult a health care practitioner if symptoms persist or worsen. Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you are taking hormone-containing medication such as progesterone preparations, oral contraceptives or hormone replacement therapy.
Safety sealed with outer shrink-wrap and inner seal. Do not use if either seal is broken or missing.
