This well balanced multi vitamin and mineral formulation is particularly suited for women due to the iron content and bioactive forms of B vitamins. All minerals are in their citrate forms for increased absorption and efficacy. As with all Cyto-Matrix formulations, vegetarian capsules are used.

Non-medicinal ingredients: Hypromellose, magnesium stearate.

Adults: Take 2 capsules twice daily with meals or as recommended by practitioner. Take a few hours before or after other medications.

Caution: Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you are taking blood thinners. Keep out of reach of children. There is enough iron in this package to seriously harm a child.

Some people may experience constipation, diarrhea and/or vomiting as a result of the level of iron contained in this product.
