Nutridophilus Essentials is a powerful probiotic that is shelf stable (does not require refrigeration). It is a combination of 4 strains of dairy and gluten free bacteria: Lactobacillus casei, Lactobacillus helveticus, Lactobacillus plantarum and Lactobacillus rhamnosus.

These species of microscopic organisms are naturally found in the human digestive tract. Friendly microorganisms are essential in helping to maintain the body's delicate microbial balance. A healthy colon naturally contains billions of bacteria, a combination of beneficial and detrimental microbes. Ideally, the majority of these bacteria, or flora, should be of the health-promoting kind. Beneficial bacteria help prevent overgrowth of potentially disease-producing microbes such as candida (yeast), e. coli, and various parasites which may enter the gastro-intestinal tract.

Taking broadspectrum antibiotics, hormones, cortisone and other prescription medications destroys friendly bacteria, leaving more opportunity for pathogenic bacteria and yeasts and parasites to flourish. Medicinal Ingredients: Each vegetarian capsule contains:

Non-medicinal ingredients: maltodextrin, ascorbic acid, magnesium stearate, vegetable capsule and enteric coating: hypromellose, ethylcellulose, sodium alginate, medium chain triglycerides, oleic acid and purified stearic acid) inactivated yeast extract, saccharose, lecithin, monopotassium phosphate, dipotassium phosphate. Product has come into contact with soy.

Adults and Children over 1 year: Take 1-3 capsules daily or as directed by a practitioner.
Store in a cool dry place. Refrigeration will maximize potency but is not required.

Caution: For therapeutic use only. Do not use this product if you have a soy allergy, as it has come into contact with soy. Do not use if you are experiencing nausea, fever, vomiting, bloody diarrhea, or severe abdominal pain, or if you have an immunocompromised condition (i.e. AIDS, lymphoma, long-term corticosteroid treatment). Discontinue use and consult a health care practitioner if symptoms of digestive upset (i.e. diarrhea) occur, worsen or persist beyond 3 days.
