I have a hard time absorbing nutrients, so this sublingual does the trick! It has a slight chalky taste, but otherwise good.

Beats coffee every time!

These B12 tablets are amazing at quickly regenerating your energy during a slump in the day…especially good when the day is longer than you expected and you need to be alert. They are easy to use…pop one or two under your tongue, let them melt and swallow.
