Cal-Mag SAP provides a 3:2 ratio of calcium to magnesium plus vitamin D3 to give you balanced support in maintaining strong, healthy bones.

Vitamin D promotes calcium absorption and bone mineralization. Research demonstrates that calcium and magnesium are better absorbed when bound to citrate compared to carbonate. Thus, Cal-Mag SAP contains calcium citrate, magnesium citrate, and vitamin D3 to optimize absorption and efficacy. Adequate calcium intake is important to prevent bone resorption and osteoporosis, and higher magnesium intakes have been positively associated with bone mineral density. Vitamin D3 is essential for maintaining calcium levels and increases calcium absorption from the intestine. Independent use of Cal-Mag SAP three times daily is expected to contribute to the maintenance of bone strength and health.

Medicinal Ingredients: Each capsule contains:

Calcium (from 458 mg of calcium citrate) 110 mg Magnesium (from 468 mg of magnesium citrate) 75 mg Vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol) 2.5 mcg (100 IU)

Non-medicinal ingredients: Vegetable magnesium stearate, sunflower oil, corn starch (non-GMO), and sucrose; all used in small amounts for the manufacture of vitamin D.

Preservatives, artificial flavour or colour, dairy, wheat, gluten, yeast, soy, citrus, or eggs. Third-party testing is performed on the finished product to ensure Cal-Mag SAP is free of heavy metals, pesticides, volatile organics, and other impurities.

Adults: Take 1 capsule three times daily or as directed by your health-care practitioner. If you are taking other medications, take this product a few hours before or after them.
