It is very easy to take. It doesn’t taste funny and it mixes with everything. I usually take it with water or juice. And it helps move things along!

Since going keto 4 years ago, my digestive system has been slow. I take some magnesium to keep things flowing, but sometimes it can make things too soft. This fiber keeps things more regular and less likely to be too hard or too soft. I've used other fiber supplements, but this one seems to work best.
