Traumacare is a homeopathic medicine formulated to relieve muscle and joint pain, inflammation and bruising associated with minor injuries such as sprains, and contusions. Traumacare is also available in a cream format for topical application.

Non-medicinal ingredients: Alcohol 13%, purified water.
Keep drops in mouth for 1 minute before swallowing. Reduce intake with improvement or as directed by a healthcare practitioner. To be taken preferably away from meals.
Adults and Adolescents (12 years & older): 10 drops;
Children (6 to 11 years): 7 drops;
Children (2 to 5 years): 5 drops;
General use - Take drops in a small amount of water, 3 times daily.
Acute conditions - Take drops every half hour to 1 hour (up to 12 times per day) or until symptoms improve; then go back to general directions.
Caution: Do not use if seal is broken. Seek the advice of a healthcare practitioner before use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Consult a healthcare practitioner if symptoms persist for more than 6 days or worsen. Doctor's supervision is necessary before administering to babies (0-2 years). Keep out of reach of children. Do not exceed recommended dosage. Hypersensitivity such as an allergy may occur, in which case discontinue use. Store at room temperature.
