  • Zyme-Aid Carbo Fort is a blend of digestive enzymes. It helps reduce gas production/flatulence following a meal rich in fermentable carbohydrates (such as vegetables, pulses/legumes/beans and whole grains).




Medicinal Ingredients: each capsule contains:


Alpha-Amylase (from Aspergillus oryzae) 5000 DU
Glucoamylase (from Aspergillus niger) 1.5 AGU
Alpha Galactosidase (from Aspergillus niger) 45 GaIU
Cellulase (from Aspergillus niger) 80 CU
Beta-Glucanase (from Trichoderma longibrachialum) 35 BGU
Maltase (from barley malt) 50 DP
Hemicellulase (from Aspergillus niger) 15 HCU
Lactase (from Aspergillus oryzae) 100 ALU
Invertase (from Saccharomyces cerevisiae) 50 SU
Pectinase (from Aspergillus niger) 3.5 endo-P
Phytase (from Aspergillus niger) 2.5 FTU
Lipase (from Aspergillus niger) 2000 LU
Bromelain (from Ananas comosus stem) 50 GDU
Papain (from papaya (carica papaya) fruit) 5,000 PU



Non-medicinal ingredients: L-leucine, microcrystalline cellulose Capsule: hypromellose.


Adults: Take 1 capsule with or after meals, 3 times a day, or as directed by a health care practitioner.


Caution:

Consult your health practitioner prior to use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding; if you have diabetes; if you have gastrointestinal lesions/ulcers, are taking anticoagulant agents, anti-inflammatory agents or other enzyme products or are having surgery; or if you have allergy to latex or fruits (eg. avocado, banana, chestnut, passion fruit, fig, melon , mango, kiwi, pineapple, peach, and tomato). 

Headache, heartburn, bloating and hypersensitivity (eg. allergy) have been known to occur; in which case, discontinue use. Nausea, vomiting, and diarrhoea have been known to occur, in which case discontinue use (and consult a health care practitioner). Discontinue use and consult a health care practitioner if symptoms persist or worsen.
